2^nd Edition Launched 10/5/21

After extensive reviews and updates to align with the CDC 2021 STI Treatment Guidelines, the launch of National STD Curriculum 2^nd Edition lessons on October 5^th starts a new 3-year CE accreditation period. New question bank topics begin rolling out in October. Registered learners can earn CE credit even if they have CE credit from the 1^st Edition. Important 2^nd Edition changes include: 

• Selected 2^nd Edition lessons’ CE credit increased if the lesson is significantly longer or more complex. 
• American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) board certified physicians can earn free Maintenance of Certification (MOC) points and CME.
• Certificates of Completion now require learners to correctly answer 80% of a lesson’s CE quiz or a question bank topic.
• A 2^nd Edition individualized progress tracker.
