A 24-year-old man reports a history of condomless receptive anal intercourse, and he was recently diagnosed with HIV and started on antiretroviral therapy. Testing for other sexually transmitted infections at the time of HIV diagnosis was negative, and he has no history of genital warts. The initial CD4 count is 382 cells/mm³ and antiretroviral therapy is started. As part of this routine visit, appropriate immunizations are ordered.
