A 23-year-old woman presents for her routine, well-woman examination. She has no major medical problems and denies taking any medications. She completed her human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination series with the 9-valent HPV (9vHPV) vaccine at 18 years of age. She is sexually active with one male partner. She had cervical cancer screening with cervical cytology testing at age 21 years and the results were normal.
